Sarah Boadu is renowned for her timeless couture, refined ready-to-wear, and luxury hair bonnets. She inherited her talent for sewing from her father’s side of the family and discovered her passion for garments as a child, when she would turn dresses inside out in stores to study their construction. She began her dressmaking journey altering her own clothing, cultivating a meticulous eye for craftsmanship that defines every piece she creates. Her journey with clients began in London in 2005, and today her atelier is established in Accra, Ghana.

Sarah refined her skills at some of the world’s most prestigious fashion houses, including Ralph & Russo, Burberry, Federica Bruno Couture and Pronovias, bringing global couture expertise to her own atelier.

At the heart of the brand are bespoke gowns designed for brides and women seeking garments as unique as their stories. The Sarah Boadu Experience transforms personal visions into reality, celebrating life’s most meaningful moments with creations of exceptional artistry.

Alongside custom couture, Sarah Boadu’s ready-to-wear; SB By Sarah Boadu, offers elegant pieces that reflect the sophistication and refinement of her bespoke work. Her creativity also overflows into her luxury hair bonnets; named after her three daughters; AriMai By SB.
